Enough Abuse New York

New York was the fourth state to adopt the Enough Abuse Campaign. In 2002, Prevent Child Abuse New York convened a meeting of key state leaders to form a statewide coalition dedicated to child sexual abuse prevention. The NY Partnership to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse was established to include public and private sector leaders to bring policy and program expertise, leadership and experience in public health, child abuse prevention, sexual violence prevention, sex offender management, child protection, law enforcement, victim services, mental health, and research and evaluation.

Prevent Child Abuse New York works to expand and support local partnerships implementing the Enough Abuse Campaign in various NY counties. Currently, Enough Abuse operates in 13 counties serving over 250 communities.
